Natural Sleep Secrets is a downloadable e-book by author and former insomnia sufferer Martin Brock.

The book is nicely laid out in black-and-white text, and surmises over 70 pages of dense and straightforward material.

Martin’s writing style is very easy to read and if you’re like me, you’ll probably read through the whole thing in one sitting.

Covered, but indirectly. Martin doesn’t directly address medical treatments for insomnia, but if you follow along with his guidelines you’ll see a remarkable increase in the quality of your sleep.

Definitely covered.
